We'll chat about what you're envisioning, walk through the general scope of your project, and answer any initial questions. If the direction and rough estimate feel like a good fit, we’ll move forward with a detailed proposal. Ready to start the conversation?

  • This is where your vision truly comes to life. Before we begin the build, we’ll sit down with you to finalize the layout, select cabinetry, colors, and finishes, and confirm any new components or ideas you’ve had since our last chat.

    After the meeting, you’ll receive a detailed floor plan and quote so you can see your van coming together before production begins. Once everything’s approved, we’ll prep your project for the next phase—build time.

  • Custom builds typically take 8 to 12 weeks to complete. We ask that your van arrives about one week before your scheduled start date.

    Before we start the install, we will send out an invoice for 100% of parts and 25% of labor. The remainder for labor will be paid out further down the line.

    As your van nears completion, we’ll coordinate a pickup date and make sure everything’s dialed for your next adventure.
